Employee self service Absence balance page embedded absence balance report is not showing hours

Summary:

We are trying to show absence balance of an absence type in seeded absence balance page. Absence type has multiple absence plan tied up. Hence the employee wants to see cumulative balance of the particular absence type. To achieve this requirement, we have created a report to show the balance within absence balance page top section. It is working well in non production instances. But in production it always display 0 hours as balance even though the employee has balances.

Please refer attached word document. It has complete details. Oracle system is not working when the embedded report is being invoked from Seeded Employee self service Absence Balance page.
