Is there a way to add another tab within Hiring tile using Visual builder

We are looking to add another Tab similar to pools, Offers, Requisition, Candidate search within Hiring tile. Similar to the functionality which we had within responsive page were we could use Page Integration, Page composer and Structure to add the tabs.

Our main agenda is to use the functionality of VB such that we can add number of tabs with the landing page of hiring and then within those tabs we can add reports, dashboards etc. later we would control it using roles either on Tab level or on report level.

If someone have performed this please help us out with the steps as it will help many users to avoid multiple clicks and going to analytics, rather the details can be checked within tab.
