How to debug when calling REST API (OIC) ?

Summary:

Hi all,

Just for learning purposes I have available 2 SaaS instances.

I have created the same AI Agent team in both for call REST API in OIC instance with basic auth.

This is the AI AGENT that calls OIC integration which basically read a PDF file in FTP server and returns base64 content.

In one of the instances I get this error:

In the other instance I get it working, with the same setup.

I have the same user in both instances (a copy roles from of john.dunbar to my user).

My question (in a real project) would be, how to debug? is a matter of openning an SR ?
