How to show Vertical Axis line in NR chart report?

We are looking for the Vertical Axis line to be shown like we have for the Horizontal Axis line. See yellow highlight in image below.

But the NR charts are displaying only the X axis line but not the Y axis line. Can somebody please let us know how to show the Y axis vertical line?
