AI Agent Studio - BIP report REST API call issues

Trying to run an API call to call a BIP report from Oracle ERP but failing to configure it correctly.

I am using the same process to run this API as I have others that work without issue. Business Object created assigned to a tool and called by a worker agent in the agent team.

I cant figure out how to properly format this API call in Oracles UI. I am sure I am missing something here, I confess this is not my strong suit. I have gone through a number of different iterations trying to sort this out, below is just one of them. I was referencing Oracles REST API For Oracle BI Publisher for the guidance in format, but I still think I am missing something here.
