Standardise view for all users

Summary:

Hi, I would like to standardise the view for all users instead of individual user to create their own view. It will be difficult for training purpose. I create a sandbox and rearrange the field in page composer and publish it. I find that it is working fine for those users without any customize view or new user. But those already customize their view is still following their customize view. Is there a way to remove user custom view. I remember there is a function call folder administration in EBS can do this. Not sure how we can do this
