Match Type text attribute distorts characters while loading data
Summary:
We have several transaction matching daily loads coming from ERP. In these loads, we have text fields such as PO description in which users can pretty much type in anything — non-latin letters (We work in EMEA), blanks, backspace, bullet points, currency signs
We notice that while loading, these characters are distorted. I can understand some very specific characters such as bullet points might be problematic but I don't understand why EUR sign or non-latin characters are not accepted.
Is there a setting in ARCS that we can change the character set?
