Can we delete a goal in a performance document via HDL for one or employee?

Summary:

As the performance document is completed and closed. Some employees have goals wrongly added in the performance document which needs to removed/deleted. Manually we can reopen the performance document and move the task back until goals section and remove it. But is it possible to delete via HDL script for one or employees?
