Inter-Org Transfer Order Not Reaching Destination Organization

While creating a Transfer Order, we selected the source organization as 220 with source sub-inventory AMB, and the Destination organization as 230 with destination sub-inventory AMB.

The Transfer Order was created and processed successfully up to the Ship Confirm step.

However, upon Reviewing the completed transactions, it shows that the item being transferred from the source sub-inventory AMB to the SHIP sub-inventory within the same source organization (220), instead of moving to the Destination organization (230) as expected.

There is some possible missing or incorrect prerequisite setup or configuration related to inter-organization transfer, shipping network, or transfer order parameters that needs to be reviewed.
