Historic Amount Override translating despite no periodic movement (YTD FX FCCS App)

We are facing challenges with Historic Amount Override Account where the amount is getting translated even when there is no movement in the periodic view.

Our application’s FX method is YTD, so we understand that the system performs translation based on average rates applied to YTD movement. However, our expectation is that when there is no movement in the periodic view, the system should not perform any translation.

As shown in the highlighted area of the attached screenshot, there is no periodic movement from July to September, yet the system is still translating the amount.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior? Is there a configuration-based way to handle this scenario without writing a backend rule?
