Over receipt error on receipt of exact qty

Summary:

We have an issue in which we are trying to receive goods and while we are attempting to receive the exact amount, we are getting an over receipt error. The receipt does not exceed the qty from the PO and will also allow for up to 20%.

In either case we are trying to receive the exact amount, and we allow for a overage buffer of 20%
