Error- for future dated seniority date in 25D redwood Version 3

in Human Capital Management

We are receiving this prompt when we hire anyone future dated and try to view their seniority dates from

my client groups> seniority dates

We are aware that future dated records cannot be viewed under seniority dates , is this why this prompt is visible ?

Because when we change the hire date to present we can see seniority dates
