I created a new agent team and selected "Common" as the family (and Other as the Product) since it would be used across tracks. When I went to debug it, I received the "Sorry, the agent is not available" message. I saw that I was receiving a "Forbidden" message in the debug panel so after some guessing, I changed the product to SCM and was able to run the agent team without issue. Need to know what privilege is required to fun Common product agent teams.
