How to Create a Custom BI Role in OTM with Restricted Shared Folder Access

We want to create a new BI role (similar to an BI_Author) with the following behavior:

Shared Folder Permissions for New Role we create
• ✅ Allowed:
○ Archive reports from the Shared folder
• ❌ Not Allowed:
○ Unarchive reports in the Shared folder
○ Create new reports
○ Edit existing reports
○ Move reports into the Shared folder

Question
1. Is it possible to create a custom BI role in OTM that supports: above requirement.
2. If so, where and how should this BI role be created and configured?
Any guidance, documentation references would be greatly appreciated.
