Bulk Item Creation using FBDI template

  1. It was observed that there was a random lag time in Oracle between the time of “successful” upload and the time of item numbers availability.  For example, when someone has successfully completed the upload of the bulk item creation template, he/she may need to wait for the next day or even more until they can successfully run the item number list from Oracle. Is this kind of system behavior being normal?  It is impacting the operational efficiency of bulk creating items.
