New catalog is cannot be seen and assigned under Hierarchies and Levels of Demand ManagemenT

We have added a new catalog "PRINCIPAL" in Manage Catalogs.

This new catalog is now visible under Product Information Management, but cannot be seen and assigned under Hierarchies and Levels of Demand Management - Configure Table.

What additional config needed to be able to access this new catalog in Planning.
