Oracle Fusion HCM – Public Holidays by Legal Entity Within the Same Country (No Backdated Impact)

In Oracle Fusion HCM, we currently define public holidays using a single Calendar Event Category, where holidays are assigned based on a Geographic Tree at the country level (e.g., KSA, UAE, Jordan). With this setup, public holidays apply to all legal entities within the same country.

New Requirement:
Public holidays should not be applied uniformly to all legal entities within the same country. Certain legal entities within a country must follow a different set of public holidays than the standard country-level holidays.
