Absence approval rules requirement for self service and if initiated by Manager or HR

working on Approvals for the first time

I have a below requirement for Unpaid and Exam leave type

The rules are as below for Unpaid and Exam leave type – for all other leave type on LM is the approver

Initiator	Leave Type	Level1 approver	Level2 approver
Employee	Exam Leave	Line Manager	Employee Services
Line Manager/HR	Exam Leave	Employee Services
Employee	Unpaid Leave	Line Manager	Payroll Manager
Line Manager/HR	Unpaid Leave	Payroll Manager

Employee Services and Payroll Manager defined as AOR
