Is it possible for Employees not receive two notifications for Absence approval (Approved and FYI)

Summary:

We would like employee to receive only 1 email notification instead of 2 to be notified on their leave approval. Currently, they are receiving 2 emails, 1 on approved and 1 on FYI. This is to reduce the number of emails that the employee will receive for 1 application, and not to confuse employees when they see 2 notifications of the same.
