How to configure an Approval Workflow that is AOR based in submitting organization?

Summary:

Customer's requirement:

If there's a new organization created, customer wants to send out a notification ONLY for the representatives of this new business unit/department.

Currently I can only choose in Transaction Console Create organization approval only for Representatives: "Requestor's representative"

This doesn't work for the organizational structure of our customer.

Is there a way to enter another expression for

GetRepresentative("HR_REP",Task.payload.Requestor's Representative.result)

Something like:

GetRepresentative("HR_REP",Task.payload.Organzation's Representative.result)

Organization security profile is in place and is based on organization tree.
