Unable to open positions from 'Request a Position Change' page for a Custom Role

in Human Capital Management

Hello,

When I login as a test employee with a Custom role, and navigating to 'Request a Position Change' page, search for any positions, I am unable to click on the position and open the page further.

Please help me understand if I'm missing any privilege or should follow any steps.
