Need to restrict the Destination Account while creating Movement Request Issue

Summary:

As per the current business requirement, users are able to select the Destination Account from any Business Unit, regardless of whether the selected Inventory Organization belongs to that Business Unit.

This behavior is leading to issues during month-end processing. The issue was identified when accounting was run and the following error was encountered:
“The segment value LE in account xxxxxx isn’t assigned to the ledger.”

This error is valid, as entries from one Legal Entity or Business Unit should not be posted to the ledger of another country or Legal Entity. Allowing cross-BU account selection is resulting in incorrect accounting combinations and downstream failures during month-end close.
