How to add the hyperlink to the Item Numbers, Tasks in the NIR custom template?

Summary:

I was trying to customize the Redwood Notification for NIR definition. How can I add hyperlinks to the Item Numbers, tasks that can navigate directly to objects in the OCPLM that are listed in the popup and email notifications?
I see there is already NIR Number with hyperlink as OOTB config, can some one help me understand how can I replicate same in my case?
I have the screenshot of RTF template attached for reference. If some one has done it earlier or knows anything, let me know.
