Why did the FAA Admin create 3 user native accounts in Fusion?

Summary:

We have performed a User Access Review and noticed that we had 3 native accounts that were created by the FAA Admin.

We are needing to know why these were created and what the risk of deactivating these accounts would cause. They were auto granted AIC, Security Manager and Application Diagnostics Admin.

I have tried 3 different ways to ask via Oracle Support but all options send me here for an answer.
