I am configuring a new SFTP delivery in BI Publisher (Fusion SaaS) pointing to an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 3 File Server.

  • Issue: When clicking "Test Connection", the process hangs for 2-4 minutes and returns a Connection Timed Out error.
  • Destination: OIC File Server is Public and set to "Allow Public Access".
  • Port: The OIC instance is listening on port 10134.
  • Environment: Fusion SaaS located in Ashburn-1 region
