Unable to find field "What Influenced You to Apply" in HCM reporting

Recruitment (ORC) Reporting Question:

We need to include the field “What Influenced You to Apply” in an analysis (along with Candidate Identifier, Candidate Name, and Requisition Identifier), but we have been able to locate it in any of the Recruitment Subject Areas.

Does anyone know which subject area this field is available under so we can add it to our OTBI report?
