How to assign multiple list price to one item - PIM - Purchasing

Summary:

We have a request to have the ability to select different list pricing (costs to supplier) while entering a purchase order based on an items country location. This is currently due to tariffs and we're looking for an easy way to assign multiple costs to an item based on country. We have a a few custom flexfields in PIM that store an items factory location and costs, but they don't drive anything. Is this possible?
