For a newly created user, I have taken the following steps:

• Granted the warehouse_manager role.
• Used Manage Data Access for Users, checked “Users with Data Access.”
• Added records for Warehouse_manager, ORA_INV_WAREHOUSE_MANAGER_JOB role, set the context to Inventory Organization, and selected the desired inventory organization code.
  Despite these settings, when I log in as this user, the manufacturing organization is not available for selection.
