Add role synchronization filtering to Oracle Applications Cloud (Fusion) in Identity

Description (Required):

We have more than 10,000 custom roles in Oracle Fusion (FA). These roles are syncing to the FA IAM Domain.
We require the ability to exclude defined subsets (“ranges”) of custom roles from being synchronized from FA to the FA IAM domain.

The Current limitation: Under Identity & Security → Domains → Oracle Cloud Services → Oracle Applications Cloud (Fusion), there is no capability to filter or exclude specific custom role ranges/patterns from synchronization.

Alternative (workaround) exists but is mutually exclusive: Using Integrated Applications → Add Application → Application Catalog → Oracle Fusion Applications Release 13, we can configure a Custom Integrated Application and implement selective synchronization (filters).
