Images added from file manager into RTE Text template appears broken

Summary:

I added a new template to RTE attribute which has image from file manager. It appears correctly when I completed this change from Text template library. But when we add this template to quote, the image appears broken. I also tried updating url of the image ({sitename}.bigmachines.com/bmfsweb/{sitename}/image/Icons/image1.png) but no luck.
