Monolith resource AI agent only works f when you enter project number

Summary: Monolith resource AI agent /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projects only works when you enter project number into the window. Gives error "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk." when I ask by Project Manager, Organization, etc. Anyone know what I did wrong on my business object?
