connecting oic gen3 to visual builder studio

in Visual Builder Studio for SCM

We keep getting below error when we try to add a instance to environments in Visual Builder studio.

Can't find any instances We ran into an error that stopped us from finding any instances. Try again in a little while, or contact Oracle Support for help. Request ID: [f0a2a273-04ba-4ca6-b448-e958a7410f97]

Navigation: Fusion —> Configuration —> Visual Builder —> Environment —> Create Environment —> Add instance
