Is it possible to remove the FA calendar close privilege from the Asset Accounting Manager role?

There is a requirement that only specific users should be able to perform the FA calendar close operation. In this case, is it possible to revoke the FA calendar close privilege from certain users? Since we want to grant the same privileges for functions other than FA calendar close, we are planning to assign the "Asset Accounting Manager" role to both types of users.
