TimecardELA Approval - Delegate is seeing all Time entries on Notification

Summary:

On Timecard ELA Approval, When Manager receives Approval notification, Manager only sees time entries related to the assignment where he/she is the manager, which is good and working as expected.

But when manager delegate Timecard Approval to someone else on his/her behalf. the Delegate person is seeing all time entries. They should only be able to see time entries related to the assignment for which manager has delegated.
