Object Not found for deletion error message

We received an error Object Not found for deletion for the employee 7082. Please find the attachment.

we just want to validate for the employee number 7082 leave type annual leave for the leave date 15th Dec 205 the error are thrown Object not found for deletion in fusion apps. we just want to know why it errored out "Object not found for deletion" in the front end HCM Application and just require assistance for navigation details in HCM application.
