How to update the Audit Retention Period in OCI Cloud Console from the default 14 days

Summary:

We are trying to update the Audit Retention Period in the OCI Cloud Console from the default 14 days to the max, 90 days. We understand there is a RestAPI for this but would like to make the change manually in the UI. When having a user with Identity Domain Administrator and Security Administrator access attempt to follow the steps here: Setting the Audit Retention Period, we are not able to see the Configure audit retention period setting under Audit Settings. Can anyone provide guidance on why we cannot view or edit this setting in the Cloud Console?
