Ability to download/view the output of BIP report run by other user in Scheduled Process

Hi Team,

Is there a way for a user to view output report of an ESS Process that was scheduled by another user without BI Admin role? I have followed this process:

Add the DSP on the ESS_Monitor role by creating a condition on ESS_REQUEST_HISTORY Table but I still couldn't view the output (Republish button) . Only approach that works is adding the BI Admin Role on the Role Hierarchy of the ESS Monitor custom role but this is too elevated for business users. Any other solution for this? Thanks
