narrative reporting text box size width to grid width is off. how to turn it on?

Summary:

my header wrapps when the title is longer than others. there are enough room on the page for it to fit. in the FR there's a autosize feature on the header text box for me to check on and off. on the NR it shows as Off and no other choice to make. please advise.
