Are there any REST APIs available in OIC to connect to ServiceNow and create or raise tickets? Is there an adapter for this purpose?

Requirement: We currently have an integration with a third-party system. We extract data from Oracle Fusion and insert it into a staging table. Then, we call the third-party API to insert the record into the external system. In the event of an error, we update the database records to set the status as 'ERROR.'
