How to add another manager to current employee

Summary:

Hi ,
I would like to ask how we can add an additional manager (a different manager type) to the existing manager section displayed on an employee’s profile using HSDL . Currently, each employee has only one direct line manager, but we want to add an Head Of Operations as a second manager type and have it shown in the same manager information area.I’ve prepared an HSDL file for this purpose, but I’m running into errors when loading it. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
