User has requested to create one new measure in which he wants bookings or shipments history of 1 year ago till Oct month and for Current Nov and Dec months user want to see forecast for previous year Nov and Dec. RSHVAC Bookings Plus Forecast 1 Year Ago = when looking at 2026 for instance, I would like to see 2025 Bookings for Jan-Oct, then RSHVAC Final SIOP Forecast for November and December (regardless of whether bookings exist in that month or not). See screenshot (2026) for clarification on why existing measure (RSHVAC Bookings History 1 Year Ago) doesn't
