Details to find if Journeys alert has been triggered to terminated employee

Summary:
We have configured an alert named 'Notify Performers of Initiated Journey Task1' in 'Task Assigned for Performer' and enabled it on the Journeys tasks. We are unable to track whether that alert has been triggered for a terminated employee. We need to share with the audit team whether the email was sent to a personal email address or an official email address.
