Report Logo broken in Gmail but working in Outlook

Summary:

We are inserting the client logo for the Disbursement Separate Remittance Advice Report and it is working with Outlook but it is broken when being opened in Gmail.

Is there any fix to be made to the RTF Template or is it going to be a change in Gmail settings or are there any other solutions that we can use?
