Make Comment Field Mandatory When Rejecting Quality Action via Notification or Email
in Quality
Summary:
Is it possible to make the Comments field mandatory when a Quality Action is rejected via application notification or email in Oracle Quality Management Cloud?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We are using Oracle Quality Management Cloud and have a requirement to enforce mandatory comments when a user rejects a Quality Action.
When the Quality Action is rejected from within the Quality Action UI, the Comments field can be controlled. However, when users reject the Quality Action via:
- In-app notifications, or
- Email-based action links,
they are currently able to reject the action without entering any comments
