Employment contract visibility for users with multiple assignments

Hello experts,

we would like to have confirmation about this particular use case: If an employee has 2 assignments, A and B, and the contract is linked to assignment B only. If an HR user is entitled to only see assignment A, will the HR user be able to see the contract info for this employee?
