Sample HDL Files for Geography Hierarchy Setup

Hello Experts,

One of our customers did not have the Geography Hierarchy structure defined during the initial implementation and now wants to enable it for Person Address validation.

The following structure is defined:

They uploaded states manually but they would need to upload the remaining data vial HDL.

I have found the following documents on Help center but these resulted in failed HDLs.

Do you have any HDL files that were uploaded successfully and that you could share as an example?
