Following a refresh of environment we get this error - No cubes exist for this chart of accounts

Having refreshed environment when now wanting to inquire on detail balance we get this error - No cubes exist for this chart of accounts. You must run the Create General Ledger Balances Cube process. (GL-781269)

In a different environment i did run

Create General Ledger Balances Cube

Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes

Although error stopped showing the inquire on detail balance didnt bring any results back
