Able to setup the agent but getting error "Error: Request failed with status 400 and error resoponse family CLIENT_ERROR"

Once the Quote attachment is sent to the email box and ESS job is run, I received error notification with the following content and am unable to troubleshoot.

There was an error creating a purchase requisition from the file Q Arcadis-CT Curt--Signify Fall River--October 2025.pdf
