Post-HDL processes that sync the Security Console email and Work Email validate email domain?

Summary:

When converting Worker data into a client's non-production instance, we added XX to the end of all email addresses to invalidate them. We then noticed that the work email wasn't syncing to the Security Console. I was able to replicate the issue manually. When I added an email address to someone in the Security Console with the XX, it would let me save, but it would then blank the email out. When I did the exact same thing but without the XX (making the domain valid) it saved successfully. Lesson learned, we'll just add the XX to the front of
