OBIEE- Problem with filter by dates (month\days\etc..)

Hello,

Trying to pull all employees who started 1 month ago filtered by the below SQL. It has been working in the past, maybe something to do with the the year changed to 2015.. If someone has better ideas\solutions this will be very useful.
